3. Fees and Payment
Action Plan: The Credit Score Action Plan is a DIY guide that is charged for upfront.
Consultant Service: The fee for our consultant service is an administrative fee for the tasks involved in preparing and submitting a dispute on your behalf. This fee is payable for each dispute submitted and is not contingent on the outcome. All fees are final and non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
4. POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) Compliance
We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the POPIA.
- Purpose: Your personal and financial information will be collected and used for the sole purpose of providing our credit improvement services. This includes sharing necessary details with credit bureaus (e.g., Transunion, Experian, XDS) to file disputes.
- Confidentiality: We will treat all your information as strictly confidential. We will not share your data with any third parties for marketing or other purposes not directly related to the service you have requested.
- Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal information and protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
5. Client Obligations
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for us to perform our services.
- You consent to us acting as your representative when dealing with credit bureaus.
- You agree to make payment for services rendered in accordance with our pricing.
6. Disclaimer and Guarantees
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee a specific outcome or the removal of any credit listing. The final decision on listing removals rests with the credit bureaus and creditors. Our service is based on our experience, expertise, and established processes. The fees for our services are for the administrative work performed and are non-refundable. The information provided on this website is for informational purposes and should not be considered legal or financial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Score Smart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to us.
8. Termination
You may terminate your service with us at any time. Fees for any services already rendered prior to termination will remain due and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for breach of these terms, including non-payment.
